Our range of services include:
Full Legionella Risk Assessment on all of the water systems within residential and other properties.
Supply of a detailed Risk Assessment Log Book, including both the Risk Assessment, relevant recommended amendment to your water systems, and a full scheme for thermal control of the water systems, in line with accepted standards required by both CSCI, Health and Safety Executive and other regulatory authorities.
Monthly temperature monitoring of sentinel and random outlets, and other tasks, in accordance with an agreed scheme and reporting program.
Cleaning and disinfection, of both Hot and Cold water systems, (both Open & Closed Systems), and the supply of the relevant certification.
The taking and analysis of water tank internal swabs, etc.
The supply of emergency 24 Hr response, and recommendations for remedial measures, in the event of failure.
Legionella Risk Assessment Audits & Updates.
Staff Training in their Responsibilities and Record Keeping requirements, for the Control of Legionella within residential properties.
Testing & samplig of tank fed cold drinking water supplies.
