- To receive reliable and impartial advice and information from suitably qualified and experienced personnel.
- Prompt response to any enquiry, we strive to respond to telephone enquires within 24 hours and written enquiries within 5 working days.
- Adherence to all of our clients on site working policies.
- Telephone or written appointments will always be made prior to any visits to clients premises.
- We will arrive on time for our appointments, however in exceptional circumstance where we are unavoidably delayed, you will be contacted prior to the appointment time with a new time of arrival, or with the offer of a re-scheduled appointment.
- All complaints will be fully investigated and a written response will be provided within 10 working days. In exceptional circumstances where this is not possible, an interim response will be provided within 10 working days.
