As a client you should expect:-

  2. That we will exercise strict business and personal confidentiality.
  3. To receive a high quality service tailored to your needs.
  4. To receive reliable and impartial advice and information from suitably qualified and experienced personnel.
  5. Prompt response to any enquiry, we strive to respond to telephone enquires within 24 hours and written enquiries within 5 working days.
  6. Adherence to all of our clients on site working policies.
  7. Telephone or written appointments will always be made prior to any visits to client’s premises.
  8. We will arrive on time for our appointments, however in exceptional circumstance where we are unavoidably delayed; you will be contacted prior to the appointment time with a new time of arrival, or with the offer of a re-scheduled appointment.
  9. All complaints will be fully investigated and a written response will be provided within 10 working days. In exceptional circumstances where this is not possible, an interim response will be provided within 10 working days.
