Our range of legionella control services include:
- Full Legionella Risk Assessment on all of the water systems within residential and other properties.
- Supply of a detailed Risk Assessment Log Book, including both the Risk Assessment, relevant recommended amendment to your water systems, and a full scheme for thermal control of the water systems, in line with accepted standards required by both CSCI, Health and Safety Executive and other regulatory authorities.
- Monthly temperature monitoring of sentinel and random outlets, and other tasks, in accordance with an agreed scheme and reporting program.
- Cleaning and disinfection, of both Hot and Cold water systems, (both Open & Closed Systems), and the supply of the relevant certification.
- The taking and analysis of water tank internal swabs, etc.
- The supply of emergency 24 Hr response, and recommendations for remedial measures, in the event of failure.
- Legionella Risk Assessment Audits & Updates.
- Staff Training in their Responsibilities and Record Keeping requirements, for the Control of Legionella within residential properties.
- Testing & sampling of tank fed cold drinking water supplies.
